OneStream Systems Administrator – Perth Australia (On-Site)

This position will be based on-site and will focus on ensuring the stability, performance, and optimisation of the organisation's OneStream platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer, configure, and maintain the OneStream application, including user access, security roles, and system parameters.
  • Support financial consolidation processes and provide system expertise to the finance team.
  • Assist in developing and enhancing planning functionality as the system roadmap evolves.
  • Monitor performance, manage integrations, and ensure the reliability and availability of the platform.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and process issues, escalating to vendors where required.
  • Coordinate testing and deployment of upgrades and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, controls, and system configurations.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Strong knowledge of financial consolidation processes, with hands-on experience in OneStream administration.
  • Exposure to planning modules within OneStream would be advantageous.
  • Candidates with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) experience will also be considered, given the organisation's Oracle background.
  • Proven ability to work closely with finance stakeholders and support reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Familiarity with relational databases, data integration, and scripting desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving capability and attention to detail.

Additional Information

  • This is a permanent role based in Perth, requiring full-time presence in the office.
  • The position offers the opportunity to contribute to a maturing OneStream environment post go-live, with a roadmap of additional phases under development.
