As a part of our in-house Managed Payroll Service, you can expect to provide exceptional customer service and technical support to our customers by effectively managing and maintaining payroll databases.
This role is open to applicants from anywhere in Australia. For those based in Brisbane, a hybrid work arrangement will apply.
Responsibilities
As an integral member of our System Administration team, your responsibilities will include:
- Provide timely and professional support to our customers by addressing and resolving customer queries relating to system configuration, reporting and payroll databases.
- Actioning customer requests within agreed service level timeframes, while providing excellent customer service
- Ensure compliance with industry legislation and process requests with accuracy
- Support and maintain comprehensive documentation and reports relating to our Managed Payroll Service customers individual system changes
- Provide input as a stakeholder within the System Administration team in the delivery and implementation of Aurion solutions
- Work with our process improvement and training team to update procedures to reflect best practice
Skills and experience
We are looking for a highly motivated team member who thrives in a dynamic environment, with previous experience using the Aurion software. Knowledge of the payroll and legislation complexities within multiple corporate sectors is highly desirable, along with the following qualities:
- Proven ability in dealing with a dynamic, high volume, complex transactional payroll environment
- Experience and understanding of the Aurion software and outsourced payroll services will be highly regarded
- Excellent customer service skills to resolve sensitive and competing payroll configuration and reporting enquiries while delivering high quality outcomes in a large scale volume of service
- Meticulous attention to detail, and demonstrate a high level of accuracy in data entry
- Effective stakeholder engagement skillset and ability to influence outcomes in support of our Aurion service objectives
- Collaborative team member, and are able to contribute to an open and honest environment where ideas and diverse views are encouraged
