Content Coordinator
Adore Beauty has been redefining beauty in Australia for more than 25 years. As we scale our online and in-store experience, we're growing our Content & Brand Partnerships team — and we're looking for someone who lives and breathes social trends and loves turning ideas into content that pops.
This is a 6-month fixed-term contract, perfect for someone ready to jump in, make an impact, and see their work come to life quickly.
About the Role
This is your chance to be right in the middle of the action bringing our partner campaigns to life across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and beyond.
You'll work closely with our in-house creative team (videographer, copywriter, designer) and brand partners to translate campaign briefs into scroll-stopping ideas. You'll be coordinating every step of the process, from booking talent and locking shoot dates to helping out on set and making sure assets go live exactly when they should.
It's a creative, fast-paced role with lots of variety. You might spend the morning brainstorming concepts for a new product launch, the afternoon shooting lo-fi video content, and the next day pulling campaign results to see what worked and what to tweak. You'll have the freedom to experiment, pitch fresh ideas, and try new formats that keep our content feeling current.
This is a perfect stepping stone for someone who wants to grow their career in content and marketing, with the opportunity to learn from a passionate, collaborative team and see their work in front of hundreds of thousands of beauty lovers every week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate partner briefs into compelling content ideas across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Meta and more
- Coordinate shoots from start to finish — booking talent, managing schedules, and keeping production running smoothly
- Support on set — from styling products to capturing behind-the-scenes footage
- Produce short-form video, stills and copy that reflect Adore Beauty's tone of voice and creative direction
- Work with designers, videographers and copywriters to ensure content is delivered on time and to a high standard
- Brief, contract and manage external talent when required
- Collaborate with our Social Media Specialist to keep content on-trend and aligned with our organic channels
- Maintain trackers and manage content workflow so deadlines are met
- Upload, tag and deliver final assets to the right platforms and partners
- Review campaign performance and provide feedback and insights to optimise future content
- Stay across social media trends, platform updates and new creative formats, bringing fresh ideas to the team
Who You Are:
You're the kind of person who scrolls TikTok and Instagram not just for fun, but to see what's trending and imagine how you'd make it your own. You thrive in a creative environment, love experimenting with ideas, and enjoy turning a loose concept into something polished and ready to post.
You're equally comfortable organising a production schedule as you are jumping into a shoot or tweaking copy to get the tone just right. You get a buzz from seeing content go live and knowing you played a key part in making it happen.
You bring:
- 1-2 years' experience in content, marketing or social media
- Basic video production or editing skills
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- A natural eye for trends and what makes content engaging
- A collaborative, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
Working at Adore Beauty - Perks & Benefits
- Generous 40% staff discount
- Hybrid working with a supportive, friendly team
