Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Strategy

• Execute and implement comprehensive marketing activities across all Deague Group companies
• Collaborate with the marketing team to achieve overall business goals and objectives
• Research innovative marketing concepts and platforms to ensure our companies stand out in the competitive marketplace
• Write, copywrite, proof-read and edit marketing collateral, publications and advertisements

Digital Marketing

• Create and manage email marketing campaigns including newsletters, promotions and event invitations
• Oversee digital presence across all company websites, ensuring content accuracy and relevance
• Maintain up-to-date content and imagery across all digital platforms
• Manage HubSpot CRM system and account administration

Property Marketing & Listings

• Maximise exposure across all listing platforms through strategic generic and specific property listings
• Ensure all listings feature premium imagery and compelling, up-to-date content
• Regularly optimise listings to maintain premium search positions
• Continuously improve listing strategies to maximise direct enquiries and meet landlord expectations

Design & Production

• Develop visual content including images, graphics and marketing materials for digital and traditional channels
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing collateral and communications
• Coordinate with external design agencies, web developers, printers and media buyers
• Conduct photoshoots and manage the company image library through editing and organisation

Administration & Customer Service

• Process and respond to all sales inbox enquiries across Deague Group companies
• Handle marketing invoice processing, recording and digital filing
• Provide general administrative support as required

What We're Looking For

If you're a strategic creative marketer with a strong portfolio and experience across Adobe Creative Suite, social media, and digital platforms, we want to hear from you

Essential Skills:

• Proven experience in marketing, preferably within property or commercial real estate
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and digital marketing platforms
• Experience with social media management and digital platforms
• Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot experience preferred)
• Photography and image editing capabilities
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Ability to work collaboratively while managing multiple exciting projects
• Creative thinking with keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
