Production Assistant

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the Portfolio Director and Head of Content/Senior Producer with end-to-end speaker logistics, including:

- Coordinating speaker preparation calls and collecting presentations
- Supporting speakers with the meeting platform and media engagement
- Work onsite at the event to help manage the speaker experience and ensure a seamless delivery of the agenda;
- Liaise with high-level stakeholders, including representatives from the Saudi government, United Nations, and other global institutions;
- Maintain and update the agenda, session content, and website information in a timely manner;
- Operate effectively across European and Middle East time zones, with occasional flexibility for wider international collaboration.

Skills and Experience:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar production or event coordination role
- Experience working with government entities, international institutions, or intergovernmental organisations is highly desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience liaising with senior-level stakeholders
- Meticulous attention to detail and a highly organised approach to work
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience working across multiple time zones and in multicultural teams.
