The Opportunity
In this role, you will have the chance to shape the future of two Melbourne communities - while collaborating with a dynamic team and making your mark on the projects.
This is a great opportunity to take your career to the next level and develop your skills within the Property sector with on the major Australian players in the industry.
**What You'll Do**:
Assist in the execution of innovative marketing campaigns across digital, print, and outdoor channels.
Take ownership of the digital assets, including website and property portals
Assist with marketing briefs and presentations.
Leverage data-driven insights to segment audiences, personalise communications, and optimise database marketing strategies
Manage online listings and eDMs, ensuring our projects stand out in a competitive market.
Curate and edit high-impact imagery for digital platforms
Play a key role in project meetings by preparing agendas, capturing minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
Assist with budgets, project reporting, expense claims and invoicing.
Conduct competitor and customer research, data analysis, reporting, presentations and workshops.
Assist and attend project launches and community events, helping to create memorable experiences for our customers.
Work collaboratively with internal and external agencies and consultants.
Social Media content creation and management of calendars and posting
**What We’re Looking For**:
Prior marketing industry experience is preferred but not essential, especially in Digital Marketing with a keen interest in the Property industry
A team player who brings energy, initiative and a positive can-do attitude
Excellent multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
A current driver’s licence and access to a car for site visits is a must.
