About the Opportunity

This is the opportunity to build the people and culture function of rapidly scaling technology business. This role that's both strategic and operational. Reporting to the CFO, you will be a key driver in our clients growth.

You will build a fit-for-purpose HR function, and work closely with senior leaders and outsourced partners across Australia, New Zealand, UAE, and the UK. This is a standalone role with significant scope for future growth. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, scaling environment.

Key Responsibilities

Growth & Culture

  • Support cultural development and employee engagement across global teams.
  • Seamlessly integrate newly acquired businesses to support growth.
  • Lead talent management and succession planning processes to optimise the business.
  • Drive a development and learning culture.
  • Redefine and lead performance and remuneration processes.

HR Operations

  • Collaborate with outsourced HR partners across international regions.
  • Lead recruitment and onboarding initiatives.
  • Support Employment Hero integration and optimisation.
  • Provide hands-on support across all HR operations and compliance.
  • Adapt to changing business needs and contribute to transformational HR initiatives.

Your Background

  • Minimum of 7 years HR experience.
  • Proven experience in managing organisational change.
  • A track record of elevating the HR function into a trusted business partner.
  • Comfortable working in a standalone role with outsourced support.
