Our team of Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, and Exercise Scientists are dedicated to providing the highest standard of care using science and evidence-based methods to achieve the best outcome.

The Role
Responsibilities
Join the Kieser South Melbourne team as a Client Advisor, a role committed to welcoming our clients with enthusiasm and care. Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating client appointments and managing a busy electronic clinic diary
  • Processing client payments (EFT, HiCaps, MediPass)
  • Promoting Kieser's products and services
  • Conducting membership consults
  • Providing administrative support to the leadership and clinical team
  • Answering questions and resolving problems for clients and team members
  • Consistently deliver high-quality service in accordance with Kieser standards

Ideal candidates thrive in a client-facing environment, exude positivity, and consistently deliver exceptional experiences. Attention to detail and superior computer and IT skills are beneficial.

Note: This is a part-time role (min 20 hours). Candidates must have availability for shifts Monday - Friday anytime between 7.30am-7pm and open to working Saturdays.

Required
Qualifications & Certifications

  • Valid working rights in Australia
  • First Aid & CPR Certification
  • National Police Check

Desirable

  • 1 year of relevant work experience
