As a Client Advisor, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service, achieving sales targets, and contributing to an elevated shopping experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalised and professional service to every client, ensuring loyalty and repeat business
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs across sales, UPT, and average transaction values
- Build and manage a strong client database, with a focus on VIP clienteling
- Support visual merchandising and store presentation to reflect brand standards
- Assist with daily operations including stock management, online orders, and loss prevention
- Uphold a positive, inclusive, and professional team environment
What You'll Bring
- Previous experience in fashion retail, ideally premium or luxury
