WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?

Are you a proactive and organised administrator who thrives in a dynamic healthcare environment? Join our Nursing and Midwifery Directorate team as an Administrative Coordinator, where you'll provide high-level, confidential administrative support across the Directorate, including the Nursing and Midwifery Education team and our Central Staffing unit.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity with flexible location options across the beautiful Barossa Hills Fleurieu region. You'll be part of a collaborative and supportive team making a real difference in nursing and midwifery education and workforce development.

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?

  • Coordinate day-to-day administration for the Directorate, including support for meetings, education activities, recruitment, and onboarding processes.
  • Provide professional written communication, including reports, briefings, agendas, and minutes, with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Manage administrative systems, bookings, records, and information to support smooth team operations and compliance with policies.
  • Support planning, reporting and evaluation activities that contribute to nursing and midwifery education outcomes and workforce development goals.
