The Opportunity: Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong industry partnerships, and expanding Luxe Cosmetic Clinic's client base. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence and ensuring sustainable revenue growth.Key responsibilities include:
· Strategic Growth: Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities within the aesthetic and wellness industries.
· Partnership Development: Establish and nurture strong relationships with referral partners, corporates, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
· Sales Excellence: Drive consultation-to-conversion processes by supporting the team with business development strategies.
· Market Expansion: Research market trends, competitors, and client needs to implement effective sales strategies.
· Client Engagement: Represent Luxe at industry events, networking functions, and partnership meetings to strengthen brand visibility.
· Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, prepare regular sales and business growth reports, and recommend improvement strategies.

· Experience & Qualifications
· Minimum 2–3 years' experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within medical aesthetics, luxury services, or health/wellness industries.
· Solid track record of achieving or exceeding business growth targets.
· Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Bilingual proficiency (English & Mandarin) is highly advantageous.
