Position Overview
As a Workshop Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical leadership in service, warranty, and assembly processes, guiding team members to uphold high standards of workmanship.
  • Welcoming clients and assisting with the day to day operations of the business as required.
  • Monitoring production progress meticulously, ensuring workflow remains efficient and aligned with deadlines.
  • Engaging directly in assembly, upgrades, and maintenance tasks, demonstrating technical proficiency and attention to detail.
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues promptly to maintain production schedules and customer satisfaction.
  • Managing administrative functions such as processing orders, maintaining schedules, and tracking inventory to support seamless operations.
  • Conducting quality audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality benchmarks.
  • Staying informed on industry regulations, technological advancements, and best practices to enhance operational effectiveness continually.
