About Indoor Padel Australia

Indoor Padel Australia is the country's leading indoor padel facility, home to high-performance coaching, community programs, and a thriving padel culture. With world-class venues in Alexandria and the Northern Beaches, we're on a mission to grow the sport of Padel in Australia — and we're looking for an experienced coach to help us take the game to the next level.

Main Duties / Responsibilities

· Identify, promote and mentor top Australian talent — both players and coaches

· Design, implement and evaluate sports and coaching programs for all player levels

· Create sports and coaching programs and content

· Coordinate and train junior coaches

· Assist in coordinating other padel special events (e.g. corporate events, schools)

· Run padel private and group classes for all levels and age groups


• Contribute to academy operations, sports and coaching management


• Support club operations as needed


• Uphold Indoor Padel's values of professionalism, teamwork, and innovation

Skills & Experience
Qualifications


• Possession of relevant certifications or qualifications from recognised padel tennis associations, federations, or other certifiers


• Working With Children Check (WWCC) required

Experience


• Proven track record of promoting sport and coaching padel players at various levels, from beginners to advanced, ideally with at least 10 years experience.


• Experience working with children

Padel Expertise


• Extensive knowledge and experience in padel tennis, including understanding of rules, techniques, and strategies

Communication Skills


• Ability to effectively communicate instructions, feedback, and strategies to players in a clear and constructive manner


• Advanced English level required

Player Development


• Skilled in designing and implementing training programs tailored to individual player needs, focusing on skill enhancement, physical conditioning, and mental preparation
