Outline of the role:

Superior Paper is seeking an ethusiastic individual that will take on the roll of everyday office responsabilities including customer order processing/service on a fulltime basis 38hr/week. The right candidate must be willing to learning about our business and products and is able to perfrom and communicate well with customers.

Skills/Tasks:

  • General everyday computer skills e.g invoicing, quoting, processing orders, data entry, purchase orders
  • Basic knowledge of myob and Xero is an advantage
  • Use of office 365 e.g outlook, word, excel
  • Logistic booking etc.
  • Good communication skills e.g responding to customer emails and phone calls
  • Providing customer service
  • Organizing Files
  • Good organisation e.g ordering of office/factory consumables
  • Being able to effecitvley work as part of team under pressure
  • Punctual
