The Role

As General Manager—Optilease, you will:

· Provide strategic leadership across all truck and light commercial leasing operations.

· Lead daily operations including leasing, disposal and customer communications.

· Foster a high-performance, customer-focused culture; improve efficiency, loyalty, and profitability.

· Develop and implement business plans, marketing strategies, and growth initiatives.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, WH&S, sales standards, and HR protocols.

· Mentor rising talent and shape the future leadership team.

You'll Bring:

· Prior people and account management experience with strong organisational, negotiation, and leadership skills.

· Strong strategic, financial, and operational acumen with full P&L experience.

· Excellent communicator: skilled in coaching, team development, and stakeholder engagement.

· Solid customer orientation—focused on retention, experience, and loyalty.

· Tech-savvy—experience with Dealer Management Systems or complex CRM/ERP tools.
