The Business Support team sits within the Business Services Branch and is responsible for the provision of general, specialised and technical support to enable efficient and effective service delivery across all departments.

About your new role

We are on the lookout for a proactive Executive Assistant to join our team This crucial position delivers essential administrative and support services to our Executive General Managers.

A day as an Executive Assistant with the City may include providing administrative support, managing incoming enquiries, organising meetings, calendar management and documentation management.

This talent pool will be used to fill roles across the City as they become available. Applications may remain current for up to 6 months.

What you bring to your new role

If you are a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for delivering exceptional support to executives, join us in contributing to the City's growth.

Additionally, you will also have:

· Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills

· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

· Strong organisational and multitasking skills

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· The ability to be proactive in resolving issues or challenges that may arise.
