**Position Summary**
Clevvi is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Enterprise IT Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic team.
As an Enterprise IT Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for driving growth, maintaining a steady opportunities pipeline, and expanding our client base through strategic planning and effective business development initiatives.
Your expertise in either the enterprise level IT industry or Australia’s manufacturing and agricultural sector will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships.

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Research and identify potential clients in agricultural and manufacturing industries, understanding their business needs and challenges.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their long-term goals, and offering tailored IT solutions to meet their requirements.
- Light weight client account management duties.
- Managing a strong pipeline of leads and client work across different opportunity channels from existing clients, new leads, and partner opportunities.
- Maintain strong partner relationships and collaborate with partners to create partner originated opportunities.
- Collaborate with the technical team to align offerings with client needs and ensure smooth project delivery.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify trends and stay ahead of the competition.
- Create sales collateral and work with the technical team to turn bespoke work into repeatable offerings that can be sent to clients or partner sellers.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to secure new business opportunities.
- Attend industry and partner events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our IT services and expand the company's presence in the market.
- Monitor and track sales performance, generating regular reports and updates for management review.
- Continuously enhance your knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices to provide cutting-edge solutions to clients.
Work closely with marketing and communication teams to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns.
**Core Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT business development, with a successful track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of IT services and solutions, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and result-driven attitude.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales-related tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
- Strong willingness to learn
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
