
Executive Assistant to CEO

You will have the ability to analyse enquiries, requests and correspondence from stakeholders and determine appropriate action on behalf of the Executive. In addition, you will support staff to develop, maintain and implement improvements to internal processes and conformance with business processes, planning, records and financial management practices and requirements. You will faciliate communication internally and with key stakeholders on matters such as project statues, developing risks and business performance.

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Prepare internal and external documents for team members and partners
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Plan, Book and Manage travel itineraries
- Arrange corporate events to take place outside of the workplace
- Support and monitor administrative processes such as client invoicing, expense management and back charging
- Track and coach team members on best practice processes and support their adherence to them
- Ensure the director’s time management and focus is directed to the most important matters and projects
- Ensure and act as a fresh pair of eyes for Clevvi’s invoicing processes
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
- Continuously review and create improved process flows for internal processes and support the team in implementing and living these processes
**Core Experience**
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
- Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
- Highly structured ways of working
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Friendly and professional demeanor
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
