Are you ready to take the next step in your career? ILS is seeking a motivated and experienced Product Coordinator to join the team. Based out of our Head Office at Lane Cove, the role provides an exciting opportunity for a driven individual seeking to utilise their previous experience and develop a deeper understanding of Products, Suppliers and the broader Assistive Technology Healthcare sector.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the national network with timely product Information
  • Providing product solutions for our Sales teams through product and supply line knowledge
  • Working with suppliers and sales teams to source solutions to meet spec requirements of our clients
  • Maintaining essential product & supplier information inc. brochures, user manuals, price books, regulatory throughout our data bases
  • Updating supplier & product pricing across systems
  • Product content development - playing a key support role in product content creation of product brochures, user manuals and catalogues
Required Skills:
  • Strong Customer Service and Stakeholder Management Skills
  • Problem Solving, Complaints Management and Conflict Resolution Proficiency
  • Computer Literacy inc. ERP, Excel, Reporting Proficiency
  • SAP ERP, Power BI (desirable)
  • Exceptional time management and organisation skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience within Product Management, Procurement, Sourcing, Business Administration, Sales Administration, Operations, Sales/Retail roles (minimum 3 yrs)
  • Experience with Supplier Management (desirable)
  • Experience within Assistive Technology or other Medical OR Healthcare Equipment Industries (desirable)
  • Unrestricted Working Rights in Australia
