Sunshine Coast, Australia LPE Full time $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Why this role matters:

Help thousands of residents get accurate, on-time bills across LPE's embedded networks and be a critical link between operations and happy customers. You'll turn meter reads into clean data, assist with data reviews and keep our billing engine humming. You will also have the opportunity to grow into other roles with a clear development pathway.

What you'll do:


• Prepare sites for billing: Accurately upload and validate meter data


• Own shared mailbox workflows: Review final reads, final bill requests and disputes; keeping to agreed timelines.


• Coordinate meter-read jobs with the field team: Keep schedules and statuses aligned.


• Keep billing procedures and records up-to-date: Help us document what good looks like.

Must-haves:


• High attention to detail with numbers and text.


• Practical Excel skills (lookups, filters, pivots).


• Organised, proactive communicator across teams and with site managers.


• Ability to identify opportunities to fix issues and suggest opportunities for improvement.

Nice-to-haves:


• Experience in billing, utilities, AR/AP or data entry quality control.


• Comfort with ticketing/shared inbox tools.
