What does the job look like?
We are searching for an inspiring, capable and high-performing People Leader to play a critical role in building the leadership capability that will shape the future of our proud, iconic Australian brand. Our Leadership Development team partners with the business to design and deliver contemporary programs to grow high-performing leaders, strengthen our Together, Stronger culture, and enable our people to achieve their full potential.
In our business, no two days are the same. This role requires a strategic mindset, agility and resilience, underpinned by an empowering and authentic leadership style. You will share our passion for the fast-paced and dynamic supply chain and logistics industry and be energised by working as part of a high-performing and supportive team. Reporting to the Senior Manager – Operations Training, the role is accountable for:
- Partnering with HR and business leaders to design and deliver innovative leadership programs to support capability growth and build high-performing teams
- Leading and inspiring a small, dedicated team to deliver practical and impactful development initiatives aligned with our strategy
- Developing and embedding leadership capability to support business initiatives
- Managing external partners and vendors to deliver fit-for-purpose leadership solutions that strengthen organisational performance
- Monitoring and evaluating program effectiveness to demonstrate measurable results in safety, customer, people and growth outcomes
- Supporting enterprise-wide initiatives that embed a continuous improvement and high-performance culture across Linfox

- Proven experience in designing and delivering leadership development or organisational capability programs to deliver measurable business outcomes
- Strategic thinking, planning and analytical skills, with the ability to work through complexity and lead change with confidence
- Strong leadership capabilities, with experience in inspiring, energising and empowering teams to deliver results
- High-level stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the presence and credibility to partner across all levels of the business
- Exceptional facilitation, coaching and communication skills
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Organisational Development or a related field (postgraduate desirable)
