Responsibilities

  • Through adherence to the Company's and Customers' policies ensure TEAM activities are carried out to the highest Safety and Quality Standards.
  • Organising site resources to ensure productive and efficient implementation of planned work requirements.
  • Ensure all work (including paperwork) carried out by technicians is in line with TEAM site procedures and standards.
  • To carry out work in line with customer requirements
  • Carrying out site work assessments when required to provide information for the setting of target costs in line with customer demands.
  • Assessing and organising site services and permits when required to ensure implementation of work in a timely and productive manner.
  • Assist in the planning, scheduling and implementation of work on site to ensure customer demands are met.
  • Within your direct area of influence, ensure all TEAM employees meet standards of discipline.
  • Responsibility for all equipment movements to, from and throughout the complex in line with TEAM procedures and standards.
  • Responsibility for maintaining stock levels of TEAM materials and consumables.
  • Planning and running site shutdowns when required in line with both TEAM and client requirements.
  • Pro-actively sell all TEAM products and services.
  • Actively promote the Core Values within all work based activities.

Requirements

  • NITEC or equivalent certificate in Mechanical engineering is a must
  • Over 12 years technical experience in oil and gas industry and in which 2 years in supervisory role
  • Fully aware of company policies and procedures
  • Be aware of and work to Q.A. & Safety standards
  • Strong supervisory skills and experience in managing technicians
  • Excellent in troubleshooting and technical problems solving skills
  • With commercial awareness
