Project Support Officer, Data and Insights

Support projects and engagement activities that strengthen Victoria's public sector.
You'll be part of a busy team, keeping projects moving by managing details, managing the shared inbox for stakeholder enquiries and helping deliver on a range of project activities.
What you'll do
As a Project Support Officer you will:
manage the team's shared inbox and phone line, responding to stakeholder and customer enquiries promptly and professionally
provide high-quality administrative and project support, including drafting correspondence, scheduling meetings and preparing presentations
assist with stakeholder-facing activities such as events, engagement campaigns, surveys and data collections
contribute to team priorities by maintaining project trackers, supporting communication tasks and coordinating logistics.

has strong organisational skills and attention to detail
can use Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint confidently
can prioritise tasks, work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
builds good working relationships and communicates in a clear and professional way
takes initiative and contributes to continuous improvement in team processes.
