As a Senior Analyst Data Insight and Visualisation, you will be part of the Data Analytics team, that's doubling down on customer obsession.

Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:

• Research, evaluate, and drive the implementation of new Data and Visualisation technologies and functionalities, ensuring alignment with organisational goals
• Identify innovative ways to leverage existing tools and optimise their applications
• Drive the adoption of new tools, processes, and best practices through structured change programs, ensuring smooth implementation and long-term success
• Develop and deliver structured learning programs that support teams in uplifting their analytics capability
• Support teams in developing high-quality Power BI reports by providing guidance on intuitive design, user flow, and best practices for communicating information to solve business problems
• Embed Design Thinking into analytics practices through mentoring, training, and hands-on support
• Provide expertise in data preparation, including SQL, Dataflows, and automating data transformations for reporting purposes
• Adapt solutions to work within existing organisational structures and policies while maintaining a focus on innovation and quality
• Measure the impact of new technologies, functionalities, and practices on analytics efficiency and business outcome

We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:

• Demonstrated experience working in a similar Data Analytics and Visualisation Consultant role with exceptional experience using Power BI and Visual Design, preferably within a large complex organisation
• Expertise in Power BI reporting, including principles of intuitive, visually appealing design and impactful user experience
• Strong data preparation skills, including experience with SQL, Dataflows, and automation of data transformation processes
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI functionality and emerging features
• Ability to mentor and support teams in adopting new technologies and improving quality of reporting such as delivering impactful Power BI reports and dashboard
• Prior experience leading change initiatives and designing and delivering training programs preferred
• Creative problem-solving skills, including the ability to pivot and find alternative approaches when faced with roadblocks
