An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Property Manager to join one of our award-winning offices, Place Ascot You will be joining a highly experienced, knowledgeable, hardworking but fun team that thrives on exceptional customer service to landlords, tenants, and trades. You will be further supported by the Property Management team and Directors who understand the importance of Property Management.

As a Property Manager, you will be providing world class customer service and communications to our landlords and tenants. Great organisational skills and strong attention to detail are vital attributes that ensure excellent services to our clientele. The successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of competency and sound understanding of all facets of property management.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Managing your own property portfolio of properties, all within reasonable proximity of the esteemed Ascot and Nundah suburbs;
  • Using your client centric mindset and strong communication skills to nurture relationships with landlords and tenants alike;
  • Management of property maintenance and repairs, arrears and lease renewals;
  • Working alongside a supportive team of colleagues that want to grow together.

Skills & Experience

  • Hold a current Queensland Salespersons Registration;
  • 1-3+ years' experience as a Property Manager;
  • A current valid QLD Driver's License;
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills;
  • Ability and willingness to adapt to the fast-paced environment; and
  • A genuine love of Property Management and People;
  • Experience with Property Me, Air Table
