Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Croydon, VIC, for a Logistics Specialist. The role involves overseeing daily logistics operations, managing supply chain processes, coordinating transport schedules, and ensuring on-time delivery performance. Additionally, the Logistics Specialist will liaise with clients, monitor shipments, and ensure compliance with NHVR regulations. Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining operational efficiency will also be a focus in this role.

• Proven analytical skills for solving logistics challenges and optimizing supply chain processes
• Customer service expertise with a focus on ensuring client satisfaction and resolving inquiries
• Experience in supply chain management, including planning and coordinating logistics operations
• Proficiency in logistics software and IT systems is preffered
