What You'll Be Doing: Crafting Joy Every Day

As a key part of our production team, you won't just be operating machines—you'll be turning ideas into treasured keepsakes. Your main tasks will be:

  • Bringing custom designs to life using our high-quality laser engravers and embroidery machines.
  • Preparing customer designs for production using software like CorelDraw and Hatch.
  • Working with an exciting range of products, from hoodies and hats to chopping boards and glassware.
  • Ensuring every gift is perfect, applying meticulous care to check orders for exceptional quality.
  • Learning the ropes of basic machine upkeep (we'll show you everything).
  • Working closely with our friendly team to get beautiful, bespoke presents out the door.

No Experience? No Worries

This is the most important part: you do not need previous experience to apply

We believe in hiring for attitude and training for skill. We provide full, hands-on training right here in our warehouse. If you have a great eye for detail and are eager to learn, we want to hear from you. While any past experience is a bonus, a positive attitude is what truly matters to us.

The Nitty-Gritty (Hours & Perks)

  • Position: Casual role with 15-38 hours per week.
  • Schedule: Our operating hours are 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Your shifts will be scheduled within these times.
  • The Best Part: No weekend or public holiday work. Ever. Enjoy your long weekends
