Position: Engraving Production Assistant (Casual, minimum of 15 hours, up to 37.5 hours per week until 19th December 2024)

Located in Bennett’s Green, NSW (just outside Newcastle) our small but efficient team offers a fast turnaround and budget friendly prices all over Australia. Our team consists of Customer Care, Production, Dispatch and Marketing, each team works together to ensure order processed through our website is made with care and quality.

The Role:
We are seeking motivated and reliable Production Assistants to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the creation of personalised items that bring joy to our customers' lives. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
Production and Machinery Operation:

- Prepare and operate laser engraving machines with precision.
- Prepare orders ready for dispatch

Quality Control and Assurance:

- Ensure all engraved items meet our rigorous quality standards.
- Continuously monitor finished product quality and report defects promptly.

Packaging and Dispatch:

- Carefully clean, package, and label products for secure dispatch.
- Assist in dispatching customer orders accurately and promptly.

Communication and Teamwork:

- Maintain effective communication with the team.
- Facilitate a smooth workflow to ensure timely order completion.

Versatility and Adhoc Support:

- Demonstrate flexibility by assisting with various tasks as required.

Casual Position: Your role will be on a casual basis, offering flexibility in your work schedule.
