About the role

Reporting to the Director, Direct to Consumer, this is a pivotal role responsible for shaping and delivering Penfolds' commercial partnerships and corporate client strategy. You'll drive new revenue opportunities, build premium client experiences, and enable scalable infrastructure to unlock growth.

  • Build and scale value from commercial partnerships through clear tools, processes, and alignment
  • Identify, secure, and manage brand-aligned partners that deliver strategic reach and engagement
  • Design and implement corporate client strategy, covering segmentation, offers, fulfilment, and engagement
  • Lead acquisition and relationship management of high-value corporate clients through tailored proposals and negotiations
  • Develop the infrastructure and governance to support growth, including pricing frameworks, toolkits, and CRM visibility

About you

You're a commercially astute professional with a passion for building premium partnerships and delivering new ways to connect with clients. You thrive in complex, cross-functional environments and know how to turn strategy into results.

  • Proven background in commercial partnerships, corporate engagement, or premium sales
  • Strong commercial acumen with ability to assess, prioritise, and shape new opportunities
  • Skilled in designing brand-aligned offers and premium client experiences
  • Confident communicator, able to influence senior stakeholders and simplify complexity
  • Organised, outcome-focused and collaborative, with a track record of building new capability
