About The Company

This is a local farming operation with a strong team culture and a focus on long-term success in macadamia farming. You'll be encouraged to develop a broad skill set and become a valuable contributor to the orchard's operations and future.

About The Opportunity

You'll be involved in a broad range of hands-on tasks across the farm and processing shed, including:

  • Following instructions and safety protocols
  • Performing irrigation setup, repairs, and fertiliser application
  • Learning and applying basic mechanical and technological skills
  • Manual labour such as desuckering, pruning, and general farm tasks
  • Communicating effectively and contributing to a supportive team environment
  • Operating machinery and equipment (tractors, mowers, sprayers, processing systems)

Long term, your goal will be to learn the operations of the farm and become a valued member of the team.

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Skilled in communication and time management
  • Interested in becoming a long-term team member
  • Willing to learn and genuinely interested in farming
  • Open to both casual and permanent work arrangements
  • Not necessarily experienced or qualified – but eager and committed

No formal qualifications or experience required – just the right attitude
