About the Role

As a Farm Hand, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the health and productivity of our crops. This hands-on position offers a rewarding outdoor work environment with a fantastic team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Operating and maintaining equipment: Use and care for advanced horticultural machinery.
  • Chemical applications: Apply chemicals safely and efficiently to nurture crops.
  • Precision calibration: Ensure sprayers and other machinery are fine-tuned for accuracy.
  • Field diagnostics: Identify and report crop health issues quickly.
  • Collaboration: Work with agronomists and farm managers to achieve top results.
  • Compliance and record-keeping: Maintain accurate logs and adhere to safety regulations.
