About the business

We are on the lookout for an Entry Level Receptionist to join one of our clients in the Mona Vale. Being the face of this multi-office agency, we are looking for someone who is well presented, articulate and has a passion for property.

About the role

  • Manage connections of internal and external phone calls
  • Day to day office support of sales and marketing
  • Aiding property management team with rental admin
  • Open and close agency
  • Manage office supplies
  • Welcoming clients
  • Maintain office cleanliness
  • Diary Management

Skills and experience

  • Enthusiastic and outgoing
  • No prior reception experience required - we welcome fresh graduates and career changers
  • Current NSW Real Estate Certificate of Registration highly desirable (or willingness to obtain)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Confident phone manner with ability to handle multiple calls professionally
  • Eye for detail
  • Ability to build strong relationships with staff and clients
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Must have Australian work eligibility (Australian citizen, permanent resident, or valid work visa)
