As we continue to grow and have a high volume of child and adolescent clients we're seeking a Child and Adolescent Psychologist to join our dynamic and caring team.
Full-time and part-time positions are available.
Positions offer a secure and competitive remuneration package, including a base salary, superannuation, a CPD allowance and opportunities to scale your income through rewards.
At our clinic, we've taken great care to design spaces that evoke a sense of tranquility and ease. Our two practices has a total of 10 therapy rooms, each one thoughtfully furnished to provide optimal comfort and relaxation. Additionally, we have a spacious room that's perfect for group therapy sessions, as well as a communal area where team members can connect, collaborate, and unwind.

What will your life with us look like?
- Choose your working hours to suit your lifestyle
- A diverse and rewarding caseload of children, families and adults
- Work with motivated and engaged clients committed to achieving their goals
- Maintain a sustainable/reasonable caseload of 20 to 25 clients per week (full-time equivalent) (5 clients per day)
- You have the flexibility to either do your admin at work or from home, which means you only have to be at the office during direct client contact hours.
- Develop an individualised career pathway allowing you to progress your career and achieve both your professional and personal goals
- Work with a supportive, cohesive and experienced team of psychologists who value collaboration
- Access to free individual and group supervision and regular in-house CPD
- Full administrative support provided by our client relationship team

About you
- Registered Psychologist (General, Clinical, or Registrar) with AHPRA
- Experience or strong interest in working with children, adolescent and families, and a willingness to see adult clients.
- Values collaborating within a team environment and contributing to team success
- Passionate about evidence-based psychological interventions
- Always seeking to learn and improve in all areas of skill development, reflective practice and personal development
- Enjoys developing, nurturing and maintaining professional relationships with colleagues, clients and referrers
- Organised and efficient in managing your own time
