About the Role
You will provide podiatry assessment, treatment, and management for children with neurodevelopmental, musculoskeletal, and movement challenges. Using PRI and other techniques, you'll help children build physical confidence, stability, and independence, enabling them to fully participate in play and everyday activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct podiatry assessments and develop individualised treatment plans.
- Integrate Primitive Reflex Integration (PRI) techniques into therapy.
- Support children's balance, gait, posture, and overall foot health.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic, child-centered care.
- Educate families on strategies to support their child's motor development at home.
- Maintain professional documentation and adhere to ethical standards.
- Contribute to program development aligned with our play-based, child-led philosophy.
About You
- Registered Podiatrist with AHPRA.
- Experience working with children, ideally with neurodevelopmental differences.
- Knowledge or interest in Primitive Reflex Integration.
- Passionate about making therapy playful, engaging, and effective.
- Strong communicator, team player, and motivated by seeing children thrive.
