We are on the lookout for a self-motivated Admin Assistant to join our team.

This is a permanent part time position (Tues-Thurs).

The applicant must have exceptional attention to detail and have the aptitude to work in a very busy high-pressure environment as well as the qualifications and experience to perform the tasks and responsibilities outlined below:

Qualifications & experience

  • Ideally the successful applicant will have experience working within the real estate industry or office administration
  • Accounts experience or aptitude for basic accounts training highly regarded
  • Excellent communication skills over the phone, email and in person
  • High level of attention to detail and computer literacy
  • Exceptional time management and organisation skills
  • Willing to adapt to change in a busy working environment
  • Well presented and punctual

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Manage file load and complete all tasks from listing to settlement (including processing sales contracts)
  • Accurately maintaining and updating database
  • Attending to email/phone/face to face enquiries
  • Completing daily scheduled tasks through CRM and as outlined in daily lists
  • Diary management and scheduling for all sales staff
  • Liaising with vendors, purchasers, valuers, building inspectors and conveyancers/solicitors
  • Other ad-hoc administration duties as directed
