About the role

Fresh Linen Express and Launceston Homes Away From Home are seeking a dedicated Laundry and Air BNB Assistant to join our team in Launceston, TAS. This full-time position will play a crucial role in supporting our Linen Hire Laundry operations and ensuring a seamless guest experience through supporting efficient changeovers with high detail required.

What you'll be doing

  • Processing laundry, including washing, drying, folding and packing customer orders.
  • Conducting thorough cleaning and preparation of Air BNB properties between guest stays to maintain our 5 star standards.
  • Restocking and maintaining supplies in each property to meet guest expectations.
  • Liaising with the Air BNB in house team.
  • Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently to tight deadlines.
  • An enthusiastic person with a positive attitude who is willing to learn and adapt their skills at varied roles.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with cleaning methods.
  • Although full training is provided we seek a candidate who is keen to learn new skills and follow taught work procedures.
  • Must be reliable and a person who genuinely enjoys to work.
