Harrison Agents Launceston is seeking an organised, confident and authentic individual to lead our Front of House and provide essential administrative support to our high-performing sales and property management teams.

This role is ideal for someone looking to start or grow their career in real estate. You'll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, managing the day-to-day rhythm of the office while ensuring our marketing and administrative operations run seamlessly.

About the role

As the Front of House, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Launceston office. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and assisting clients, customers and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
  • Managing incoming calls, emails and general office communication.
  • Supporting the sales and property management teams with marketing and administrative tasks.
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers and external stakeholders.
  • Assisting the Head of Group Marketing with social media and content coordination.

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • A professional and approachable manner.
  • Confidence in Google Suite and basic digital tools.
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines.
  • Initiative, enthusiasm and a genuine interest in the real estate industry.
  • Familiarity with social media for business use (preferred but not essential).

This position would suit an entry-level professional ready to learn, grow, and develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
