Synchro Partners is partnering with a leading organisation within the services sector that is embarking on a major Salesforce transformation program. They are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Designer / Architect to play a pivotal role in shaping the design, architecture, and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions across the enterprise.

The Role:

This position will focus on leading solution design and architecture across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical outcomes. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, delivery teams, and implementation partners to define best-practice solutions that optimise business processes and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
  • Translate complex business requirements into functional and technical Salesforce designs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and developers to validate and refine solution designs.
  • Provide governance, technical leadership, and quality assurance throughout project delivery.
  • Define and maintain architecture documentation, data models, and integration designs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the Salesforce ecosystem and recommend best-in-class solutions and innovations.
  • Support delivery teams through design reviews, technical oversight, and mentorship.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Designer, Architect, or Senior Consultant.
  • Hands-on experience designing solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrations with third-party systems.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data modelling, security model, and configuration best practices.
  • Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow is highly desirable.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical perspectives.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) are highly regarded.
