We are seeking passionate Passionate Lead Early childhood educators for positions located in our Centres located in the Northern Suburbs

This position will see the right candidate leading a small team of educators in a room. Reporting to the Nominated Supervisor.

Successful applicant must have:

  • MUST Hold a completed Diploma in Childrens Services and have had experience in similar role. (12 months minimum at least)
  • Be confident dealing with parents and families on a day to day basis
  • A strong knowledge of the NQF and EYLF is essential
  • Confident with planning and programming.
  • Experience in leading and supporting staff. (not essential but preferable)
  • Experience in leading a room is a must.
  • Hold a current first aid certificate, asthma and anaplylaxis certificate
  • WWC
  • Extensive support will be provided.
