About the role

A Sole Mechanics Foot Health Educator is the embodiment of the Sole Mechanics culture, is a lover of health, sustainability, is socially responsible and is committed to creating an amazing experience for those around them. As a casual Foot Health Educator, you must be available up to 5 days a week including weekends. You will be part of an enthusiastic fun team whose focus is to pass on our knowledge of healthy movement using the latest technology, our ultimate focus is people.

The role

  • Passionately educates on our product, community and culture on the retail floor and in the community.
  • You will play a key role in helping our customers transition to a state of healthy feet and movement, by working with a team that delivers genuinely caring customer experience.
  • Takes a stand as an advocate for the brand's values and customer experience.
