Join Our Team: Opportunity Multi-Skilled Civil / Mining Supervisor

Dufty Civil Solutions, a locally owned civil earthworks business operating across the Bowen Basin & Central Highlands, is expanding its team. We are currently seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Civil Supervisor to join us. This position will be based on-site in the Bowen Basin & Central Highlands regions, working a 7 / 7, 8 / 6 or 9 / 5 dayshift-only roster. Residential, DIDO, FIFO considered

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising various operators & machines including Dozers, Excavators, Skid-Steers, Graders, Tandem Tippers, Water trucks, Articulated Haul Trucks & Rollers.
  • KPI & Safety reporting.

Requirements:

  • Civil Supervision experience
  • Mine Site experience highly regarded
  • Experience in civil machinery operation.
  • Relevant RII competencies for machinery.
  • Current Driver's Licence, HR, HC, MC preferred.
  • GPS experience, Ability to set out jobs and set up equipment
  • Current Standard 11 Induction (or willingness to obtain).
  • Ability to pass a Coal Board Medical.
