What we need

Due to consistent and targeted growth with a strong pipeline local work into 2025/2026, the business is now seeking to employ a Civil labourers for immediate start on projects in the sunshine coast (Caloundra) area.

The successful candidate must possess the following skills;

  • Physically fit and willing to undertake manual tasks such as handling and installing pipes, minor concreting works, pipe trench works, site set-up and clean-up.
  • Ability to work in a team and follow direction from the pipe installation leading hand & supervisors.
  • Own transport.
  • Strong Commitment to Health & Safety.
  • OH&S White Card.
  • Versatile candidate with excavator / loader / skid steer tickets experience highly desirable.

We are looking for candidates with any of the following skills:

  • Pipe installation (Water, sewer & stormwater)
  • Plant operation (Skid Steer, Excavator, loader)
  • Truck driving (MR/HR)
  • Concreting (finishing, steel fixing, formwork)
  • General civil labouring
