Due to the growth and increase in demand for electrical support, we are in need of maintenance electricians to work all around Melbourne.

Here is what a typical shift looks like:

  • Responding to breakdowns and service calls
  • Performing regular PM checks
  • Assisting with installation projects
  • Liaising with management and supervisors to co-ordinate work tasks
  • Working together in a team of electricians and automation technicians

Strong applicants will have:

Essential

  • A-Grade electrical license
  • Excellent fault finding and troubleshooting skills
  • The ability to read and understand electrical drawings
  • A strong understanding of control and safety circuits
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Shift coverage flexibility
  • Installation and repairs & maintenance experience
  • Workmanship of a high standard

Advantageous

  • Experience working with PLCs – trouble shooting and wiring
  • Prior experience working in the food manufacturing sector
  • Mechanically minded
  • Motor and VSD testing and installation
  • Safety forward mindset
