About Us

Smartstone is a leading supplier of sintered stone surfaces, trusted by architects, designers, and builders across Australia. We're looking for a motivated Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of clients, drive sales growth, and champion our stunning product range in the Brisbane area QLD. You will be responsible for the development of the existing client's business and also finding new business.

About the Role

  • Managing and growing key customer accounts through proactive service and relationship-building
  • Delivering engaging product presentations and training to client sales teams
  • Identifying new business opportunities and converting leads into sales
  • Ensuring clients have the latest samples, merchandise, and product updates
  • Collaborating with stonemasons and industry professionals to support project success
  • Tracking sales performance and contributing to strategic planning

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in account management or sales
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • A proactive, customer-first mindset
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • A passion for interiors, design, or construction is a plus
