About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Test Analyst to take ownership of testing across a growing product team. This is a hands-on role where you'll be the go-to person for quality, setting up processes, driving best practice, and making sure releases hit the mark.

You'll work across both Dynamics 365 applications and off-the-shelf products (including safety solutions), shaping the testing function from the ground up. It's a chance to combine senior-level manual testing with the opportunity to introduce smarter processes and automation over time.

This role is based in the office five days a week.

Contract:
6 months, high chance of extension

Rate:
Up to $980 per day (inclusive of super)

You Should Bring

  • 7+ years of testing experience across complex systems
  • A proven background in manual testing at a senior level
  • Strong skills creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts
  • Postman experience (or similar API testing tools)
  • Exposure to DevOps ways of working
  • Excellent communication skills, able to build trust and guide stakeholders

Great to Have

  • Experience with automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, Pytest)
  • Cloud knowledge (AWS, Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Databricks)
  • Performance or security testing exposure (JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner, OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite)

What You'll Do

  • Lead testing across multiple projects, ensuring timelines and priorities are met
  • Own test planning and execution, from user stories through to regression cycles
  • Pinpoint issues and improvements, and clearly communicate recommendations
  • Champion continuous improvement and introduce better ways of working
  • Collaborate daily with developers, BAs, product owners, and SMEs in agile ceremonies
  • Deliver clear reporting and confident recommendations on release readiness
