Test Analyst – Payroll (SAP) | Permanent | Hybrid (3 Days Office / 2 WFH)

The Talent Initiative is seeking a skilled
Test Analyst
to join a leading organisation and play a critical role in payroll testing on SAP. If you have hands-on experience with Australian or New Zealand payroll, a passion for quality, and thrive in UAT and user support, this is your next career move.

About the Role:

As a Test Analyst, you'll be responsible for end-to-end payroll testing on SAP, focusing on UAT, script writing, user support, and parallel testing. You'll work closely with stakeholders to ensure payroll processes are accurate, compliant, and ready for business.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop, execute, and maintain UAT test scripts for SAP payroll (AUS/NZ)
  • Support users through testing cycles, troubleshooting issues and providing clear guidance
  • Conduct parallel payroll testing to ensure data integrity and system reliability
  • Document results, defects, and recommendations for process improvement
  • Collaborate with payroll, HR, and IT teams to deliver a seamless user experience

What You Bring:

  • Demonstrated experience testing SAP payroll systems (Australia or NZ focus)
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes and compliance requirements
  • Proven skills in UAT, script writing, user support, and parallel testing
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work 3 days in-office and 2 days WFH (not negotiable)
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work collaboratively across teams
