The Company

NF Corbett is a family-owned Construction company based in Brendale.  We are a reputable and highly regarded contractor working in the energy sector.

We have a number of projects, in various locations throughout Queensland, due to commence in the coming weeks.  We are looking to secure the services of experienced Building and Civil Site Supervisors to ensure the smooth running of these sites.

The Role

Reporting to the Construction Manager, your duties/responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Manage & co-ordinate all staff and subcontractors on site
  • Completion of daily paperwork, including Pre-Start and Site Diary, on time and with attention to detail
  • Manage site Workplace Health & Safety
  • Ensure the successful completion of the job on time and within budget

About You

Previous work on substations will be highly regarded, as well as:

  • Minimum 5 years experience, with a proven track record in civil construction
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Commitment to providing a quality project
  • Good interpersonal skills to lead the team on your site
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Relevant licenses, certificates, tickets etc
  • Current First Aid Certificate, or willing to obtain
  • Willing and able to travel (FIFO / DIDO).  Depending on the job site, we work a Monday-Friday, or 10/4 roster
