· Conducting impact assessments, identifying stakeholder needs, and supporting readiness for change.

· Working with stakeholders to design and deliver training that builds lasting capability.

· Supporting project teams to integrate change management into project delivery, ensuring benefits are realised and sustained.

· Applying best practice project management and acting as project owner or representative on key initiatives.

· Translating strategic direction into practical action, supporting the Department Manager and leadership team to drive outcomes aligned to Council's values, culture, and priorities.

· Relevant qualification with several years of subsequent relevant experience OR lesser formal qualifications with extensive relevant experience

· PROSCI certification or similar, and project management experience will be advantageous

· Experience in communicating to an internal audience using a range of processes and tools

· Experience leading large/complex organisational change initiatives will be an advantage

· Ability to manage situations with internal stakeholders to resolve specialist problems and build long term relationships

· Ability to motivate and facilitate teams and individuals from across the organisation and conduct consultations, take feedback and resolve issues
