We are seeking an experienced professional who has a background in Not For Profit, Community, or Government within the ‘social services’ sector or ‘experience in sensitive settings’.

**Your new role**

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Strategic Change, this role is an important team membership position and will be responsible for setting priorities and managing the workflow of a team. Further, you will be tasked with:

- Conducting change impact assessments and assessing business change readiness.
- Contributing to change management planning and strategy development.
- Preparing change-related documentation, presentations, and data analysis with attention to stakeholder needs.
- Implementing, evaluating and communicating change management requirements, plans and schedules, while suggesting continuous improvement.

**What you'll need to succeed**

You will be experienced in working within Not For Profit, community, or government within the social services sector with some type of exposure to generalist change, supported by:

- Having background knowledge in disability and scheme knowledge.
- An ability to provide quality guidance and provide advice on developing, implementing, evaluating and communicating change management requirements.
- Australian Citizenship along with Baseline Level Security Clearance, or ability to obtain.
