Disability Services Offered


• Residential Care: Safe and secure living environments


• In-Home Care: Assistance with domestic duties, meal prep, exercise, and bills


• Community Access: Support with accessing education, recreation, and vocational activities

The Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Worker (both PPT and Casual positions available) to provide person-centred assistance with daily living activities, implement behaviour management strategies, and document progress. You'll collaborate with the care team to ensure consistent support, maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude.

Key Responsibilities


• Support with daily living activities


• Behaviour management and de-escalation techniques


• Document incidents and progress notes


• Collaborate with the care team for consistent support


• Uphold professional boundaries and ethical standards

Qualifications & Requirements


• Minimum 2 years experience in disability support


• Certificate III in Individual Support (or higher)


• First Aid/CPR Certification


• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance


• Current NSW Driver's License


• Understanding of NDIS Practice Standards
